SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Cliffhanger TCG Ltd. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and charges for orders placed within the United Kingdom.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM GMT]. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries across the UK:

* Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Delivers in 2 to 4 business days. Cost: £4.99 (or FREE for orders over £100).
* Express Delivery (Next Day / Royal Mail Tracked 24): Delivers in 1 to 2 business days. Cost: £7.99

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. EXCLUDED REGIONS & SURCHARGES
We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK islands. 
: Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and islands. 

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@cliffhangertcg.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Under UK consumer law, we are legally required to deliver your goods within 30 days of your order confirmation. If a severe courier delay or stock issue arises that extends delivery past 30 days, we will contact you to offer a revised date or a full refund.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@cliffhangertcg.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
